At the age of 19, Kayna graduated from Grandview High School in 2001. She then enrolled at Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s in Media and Communication degree. After five years, She completed her Degrees in 2005.
Kayna began her media career in September 2005 as a reporter at KTVZ in Bend, Oregon. She has worked for a variety of publications since then.
